What a screen checks
Each check reads the records held for the plot. A check with nothing on record says so; it is never shown as passed.
The stool, family or state named as allodial owner in the parcel record.
The title and survey numbers on record, for you to confirm at the Lands Commission.
Suits, rulings and injunctions recorded against the parcel, searchable by suit number.
Waterlogged land, road reservation and government property, as recorded for the parcel.
Disputes recorded in the same locality, which raise the area’s risk even when the parcel itself is clear.
Verified, caution, in progress, area risk or unknown, and never a verdict the records do not support.
Said plainly: the title register itself is not open data. A per-parcel title search is a paid official search at the Lands Commission, and WASID does not scrape registry systems. What WASID does is gather every public signal around an address first, so you know what you are walking into. Always complete the official search before you pay.
